Delivery Update ⚠️⚠️
Dear Customer,
We are trying our very best to find the best way to get you your orders.
As you may know, Royal Mail are striking on various dates throughout December (Dates listed Below), and it is already causing significant delays to parcels sent out. Not just on strike days, but it has also caused a backlog.
We have today added on additional services to try and aid smooth travel of your orders. We have added Royal Mail Parcel Force 48 Service at £5.99 (Also Subject to Royal Mail Strikes but less backlog!) and FedEx 48 Service at £5.99. All orders for our next day service(s) need to be placed by 11am in order to be dispatched same day.
We have now also added an Evri 48-hour service to our list, again orders placed prior to 11.00am
All services / orders are based on Mon-Fri.
UPDATE: The current Strike action by Royal Mail and the normal increase is post due to Christmas is effecting all couriers / deliveries. All Couriers have now stated that their delivery times are targets and not a guarantee.
They will not refund for late delivery.
We will ensure that all items are dispatched at the right time (same day if placed by 11.00am) but we are in the hands of the couriers after that.
We are really sorry if there are delays, but we will get your orders out the door in the time frame that we have committed to.
The proposed Royal Mail Strikes are currently planned for the following dates:
1st, 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd & 24th December.
*Please note that any parcels requested to go out on a Royal Mail service (including next day) will not be dispatched on Strike Days, but will go out the next business working day.
